I've never written negative reviews before, but this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude. I came to this clinic for the first time to take tests without a doctor's appointment. I went to the window, they started to register me, and then the girl's phone rang and she began to talk enthusiastically, not paying attention to my data. I had to wait 7 minutes, if not more, for her to look at the monitor out of the corner of her eye and press a couple of keys in between conversations. What is the result? She also made a mistake in the e-mail address (which I copied in the sheet twice), did not write down the phone number - the tests did not reach me (only after the call, the employees rechecked the data and corrected everything from the words). She didn't give out a ticket or a referral. At the checkout, another employee had questions about the data, but what can I say? It's disgusting, the first impression is ruined and I will never come to this center for an appointment again.

I personally came to this center for the first time. The general feeling is twofold. 1. There are no parking spaces, even if you arrived in the morning. 2. There were no questions with the reception. 3. I also got to see Frolova's therapist for the first time. The doctor's attitude is cold and distant, the examination is quick and as if I am healthy, despite the fact that on the eve of 3 days I lay with a temperature below 39 and was suffocating from coughing. The treatment was prescribed silently and commented in 2-3 sentences. Subjectively, but as it is - to put it mildly, not very! The doctors at the free clinic are more attentive, but you can guess for yourself...

We were at a reception at Makarova Anna Alexandrovna's today. We have never had a worse pediatrician's appointment in our life. Extremely tactless, the child was crying, she started talking in raised tones to both mother and child from the threshold: telling the yell to stop yelling. She immediately told her mother that the child had recently eaten: with the words: "you are normal to feed the child before taking it, as I look at my mouth, you need to think." Further, during the examination, she constantly told the child to stop crying. Without examining the skin, she immediately diagnosed atopic dermatitis, although we just came to be listened to, since the child is coughing. After she finished listening, the child left with her grandfather, and the doctor began to educate her mother, saying that the child should be taught to behave decently at the reception and not to yell! And that if he screams like that, then this is not his past negative experience, but the disturbed psyche of the mother and the mother needs to deal with her head so that the son behaves decently in public places. This is despite the fact that, as a mother, I was extremely tactful with the doctor and did not respond to all comments. Extremely tactless behavior. They left upset, without the desire to return to the clinic.

The only thing that confused me a little was that instead of disposable diapers, reusable cloth diapers lay on the ultrasound, as in the hospital, but this did not affect the quality of service.

A good old proven medical center - there are good piece doctors and specialists. It is located in the center of Minsk near the railway station. In comparison with other private centers in the ecomedservice, the work of administrators and their service loses - queues in the morning, since only one specialist comes at 7.45, but there are records for 8 a.m. and while you stand in line, you have to run to the office. Also, some specialists have questions about booking coupons - on the first day of publication for the next month, most of the coupons are immediately missing. Some doctors have to wait in line for more than a month.

What was the change in my organ from 2019 to the present? The answer surprises me, there is no data in the electronic database of the institution. Only on paper (card), and the doctor could not answer me. Why does the database not have the necessary amount of information? I was at the reception on 12/30/23 at the therapist Krasnaya E. From 12/28 I was admitted to the hospital + I needed to take tests . My therapist was not on shift on 12/30 and I was booked into the doctor on duty at Krasnaya E.V. Besides listening to a lecture about Vitamin D. I didn't find out anything else. There was a question about the analysis, to which I was clearly answered, I do NOT know. I received a DISREGARD for my complaints. As a result, no treatment was prescribed . They listened and said to close the hospital . ( apparently I was not at her mercy ) .I went to put the seal on . And it was closed . They told me to come on other business days and put the seals on . How? If I 'm at work , I won 't have any free time . And I have to provide the document! I think I went to a paid clinic, and I'm paying money for it. The relationship of the doctor of the Red E. Is disgusting .
