The request was: just trim the tips and make an EVEN cut. The woman did what I asked, and then started making the ladder, silently, without asking me anything.
I thought okay, I won't say anything…
I came home, straightened my hair, threw it back, looked in the mirror and saw the HORROR on my head, the cut was uneven!!! I had to go to another barbershop in tears to get a proper haircut. By the way, the ladder that was made was also crooked.
They ruined my hair. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

That's just terrible. My daughter and I went in to cut her hair. It was necessary to trim the hair in one line, cutting off the split ends. As a result: the length was cut twice as much as stipulated-necessary. My daughter is shocked that instead of waist-length hair, she now has shoulder-length hair. So the slice is not something that is not straight, but some kind of broken line. It's just awful!!!! We'll have to go somewhere else to fix everything.... I don't advise anyone to go there!
