I gave the steamer for repair on 11/22/2025. A month has passed, and no one has called or reported anything. I decided not to wait any longer for the "weather by the sea" and started calling myself. Bottom line: either they didn't pick up the phone, or (at best) the director picked up the phone, said "call me back," and when they called again, there was silence. I called 5-6 times a day, wrote to Viber — zero reaction. It was simply not physically possible to arrive earlier. Finally, on 04/15/2026, I reached them. And what do I hear? "Repairs are impossible, they will be too expensive." Question: why didn't you call and warn about the cost at the diagnostic stage? Why have you been silent for almost 5 months? To my legitimate bewilderment, the managers (or director) just shrugged their shoulders: "We don't know." There is a complete feeling that the device has not even been opened. The verdict was pronounced "by eye," according to me. Terrible attitude towards the client, zero feedback, wasted time and spoiled mood. I strongly do not recommend it. If you value your device and your nerves, pass it by.

I applied for the repair/warranty repair of the Redmond multi-pharmacy. Everything was fine with the first 2 requests. I applied for the 3rd time with the same problem: I sent it on 11/14/2024. I picked it up on 01/29/2025. No one has contacted me in 3 months. They've been answering my calls since December, when all reasonable deadlines came out - they just promised to call me back (I've been waiting). Until I came to them myself. There was no response to the outrage over the timing.

After the repair, the coffee machine became as good as new. The master is just a fan of his craft!! Not only repaired the car (there was a problem with the hydraulic system), but also, as a bonus, cleaned my car, sealed the broken lid. Thank you very much, it's a pleasure to deal with professionals.
