I'll take off one star for the service, maybe we were just unlucky. There are no questions about food, its quantity and prices. Delicious, a lot, inexpensive.
The waiter took our order, brought everything quickly. We asked for a takeout container and a bill. And that's where something went wrong. We reminded ourselves two or three times. She said that now is now and nothing. It took at least 30 minutes, but it seems longer. She brought us a container, and the bill just showed the total amount of GEL 30 at the terminal. We asked for a receipt with a transcript after all. I brought it. Yes, in Georgian, but it was clear from the number of positions and prices. The receipt also says GEL 30. But when folding the positions, it turned out to be 27.5 lari. Another girl came to collect the money, they indicated the amount. She ran away, clarified something, and returned with apologies.
So think about it, whether she just didn't like us, or she was already tired, or just not in the mood, but the very impression of the institution is spoiled. I repeat, there are no questions about food. And whose position is "maybe it will take a ride, they won't count" her or the whole institution is a question. Yes, 2.5 GEL is not much money, but still money.

The best Khinkali in Georgia! Divine beans in a pot. As usual in Georgia, the service looks like "well, what did we come here for", but all this is compensated by the excellent cuisine. Khinkali at 1.2 lari per piece, beans in a pot 5 lari, a bottle of wine 25 lari. Recommendation

We found this place ourselves on the recommendation of a local. And they were not mistaken. Branded khinkali eldepo is just a bomb, the size of a head, exactly three sips of broth, chopped meat, in short something with something. Khachapuri in Imeretian is perfect, not salty, the dough is delicious. The whole shish kebab is juicy, we tried it all!!!! And the prices will pleasantly surprise you!!! To sum up, I definitely recommend it for a visit!!!

Under the air conditioner (it blows very strongly, we were frozen), while we were waiting, all our drinks cooled down, and the child screamed for an hour! I completely agree with the previous reviews. The food is great, the service is lame. We came in twice, both times with exactly the same attitude. We sat at the table for half an hour until she got up and went to the counter, no one even paid attention. Tonight, my family and I visited this institution, read the reviews and believed some of them, when we came to the institution we were upset, everything in the reviews is not true in the big case.The menu includes only Imeretian khachapuri, khinkali, kebab, kebab, lobio, not even tkemali, salad cucumbers tomatoes are simply sliced without salt, pepper and oil, not to mention other spices.For children, only French fries. They don't speak Russian at all, they offered it in English, the waiters were not friendly, one menu for 4 people. The desire to come again did not arise. For that, the wine list is more than the menu itself)))) the interior is normal, clean, cozy, the prices are affordable. Место отличное просто. Всё вкусно и удивительно дёшево в два-четыре раза. Сравнение правда с Батуми. Но и для Кутаиси тоже дёшево. После одного раза, только сюда и стали ходить. В плане атмосферы, персонала ничего особенного, но это и не ресторан высокой кухни. Если просто поесть, то 100% сюда

We were on a weekday at about 5 p.m., the restaurant was almost empty. 3-4 stoics were occupied by local residents. The menu was brought to us immediately, after 7 minutes they came to take the order. I disagree with the reviews that they almost spit at Russians and tourists. Yes, we talked to the waiter in English, but among ourselves in Russian. Well, they don't have to know Russian. Yes, the waiters have stone faces, this does not add a positive atmosphere, unfortunately.. but we have noticed this trend everywhere in Georgia, if it is not a tourist destination. Kebab and khinkali are fire. Everything was brought in about 15 minutes, we were stunned by the size of that khinkali, that kababa)) tomato sauce is man-made, with fresh herbs, not ketchup from a bottle. I saw a review about a cucumber/tomato salad - it's not salty, it's not peppery. So it is not salted or peppered anywhere in Georgia) and there is a salt and pepper shaker on the table. Well, it's not stupid slicing, there's also a generous handful of greens and onions on top.

Хинкали вкуснейшие. Размер -вдвое больше, чем везде. А цена ниже. Фирменные просто идеальные. В меру острые. Официанты конечно не очень любезные. И нужно переспрашивать, понял он, что вы говорите или нет. Нам приходилось подходить к старшей, что бы она переводила, ибо мальчик все напутал, но делал вид, что английский понимает. Мы ходили и ужинать и завтракать. Ибо таких хинкали не нашли во всей Аджарии. Респект поварам.

Хинкали здесь действительно шикарные. Если берёте обычные- то они меньше, чем наши стандартные (В России),но бульона в них очень много. Хинкали продают от 5 штук одного вида. Кебаб также хорош, нежен, сочен. Официанты не очень доброжелательные, в конце просто подошли и озвучили "с вас 24 лари", ни счета, ничего. Вроде не обманули, но осадок остался. Интерьер прост и приятен, есть туалет. Блюд в меню немного. По счету на 7.09.23: 5 обычных хинкаль, 1 кебаб, 2 лимонада, соус - 24 лари.

We waited a very long time for the order, almost an hour. Tea was brought immediately. By the time there was food, the tea had cooled down. The air conditioners here are crushed like in a freezer. We went outside periodically to warm up. The menu selection is very small. The food was brought only after the waiter was reminded. The kebab is very mediocre, the khinkali is not bad.
It's probably not expensive for Kutaisi. But the price-quality ratio was not impressed. There is a 20% discount on the price in the menu. I didn't find where it was written. There is no desire to return here. I can't recommend it either.

Если вы русскоговорящий турист, прочитай этот отзыв! Никогда, НИКОГДА, не видела чтобы отношение к гостю было настолько неуважительным.
Хорошие отзывы накручивают. После каждого отрицательного летит сразу много положительных, специально проверили на Гугл Мепс.
Русских в заведении не любят. Сначала ждали меню, потом сами сходили за официантом и ждали пока он придет, потом долго ждали еду. Сразу после получения блюд заказали счет, а почему(?), а потому что опять ждать.
Мы знаем, что обслуживание в Грузии долгое, так сначала и подумали, НО, как только пришли НЕ русскоговорящие туристы, им сразу и меню и блюда и счёт. (Счёта с позициями даже не ждите)
Напиток несли очень долго, однако успели разнести пиво и газировку по соседним столикам, пришедшим после нас. Принесли не тот напиток, еще и открытый, по факту сказали ,что другого, который заказывали- нет. К напитку в бутылке не принесли стакан. Пока ждали уксус к хинкали, они успели стать ледяными (при условии, что мы дважды напоминали). Может быть и было бы вкусно, но этого мы уже никогда не узнаем.
А еще вы не узнаете стоимость блюд, цены стёрты, приходится гадать и сравнивать в другими меню. Нет, нормальное меню у них есть, насколько можно судить по отзывам, но вам его не дадут. Другим русским принесли такое же затертое:)
Подумайте трижды, хотите ли вы к себе такого свинского обращения

Место, в которое ходят ради хинкали! На фото размер фирменных (1.30 лари/шт) относительно моей не самой маленькой ладони. Тесто тонкое. Очень хороший хачапури. Место популярное, поэтому готовьтесь попасть не с первого раза, но ожидание того стоит. Обслуживание быстрое даже при полной посадке. Рекомендую!

Хинкали восхительны. Обслуживание быстрое, главное дважды проговорить, английский знают, но могут ошибиться. Туалет чистый. Кебаб острый, но бывает и острее, дети схомячили.

В ресторане очень вкусные хинкали, можно брать фирменные хинкали «Эль депо» по размеру в два раза больше обычных, в остальном блюда и цены как и везде. Некоторые официанты говорят на русском, почти все говорят на английском

5 звезд за вкусную еду. Обслуживание на 1 звезду:официанты уставшие и отсутствует приветливость, создаётся впечатление что тебя пошлют; счёт попросили- про нас забыли, подошли напомнили, озвучили сумму без чека. Попросили чек и 0,5 ларри просто накрутили на ровном месте.
В зале холодно, очень дует кондиционер.
Очень много хаоса.
Не вернулась бы в это заведение из-за персонала и обстановки вокруг🤷♀️

Просидели 15 минут в зале, так никто и не подошёл, официантам абсолютно все равно на вас. Как бы кто не хвалил кухню, обслуживание просто ужасное. Даже не смогли дождаться официанта и ушли из ресторана.

Это заведение с секретом. И мы его не разгадали.
Или тут надо заказывать по телефону за час, и потом приходить. Или надо заходить, заказывать, через час приходить. Или быть знакомыми с официантами. Или суетиться и бегать за ними. Я не знаю, честно, но заказ нам сделать не удалось.
Посидели полчасика, да пошли искать, где поесть.

We were advised to go there, did not regret it, cozy, barely found a free table, there are always a lot of people.
Ordered 2 times khinkali at home, the second time, unfortunately, all the "leaky" ones came, but we ate them anyway.
