I really like the choreographers of the studio, they are very open, explain well, give cool choreographies according to the level of the group, create a pleasant and supportive atmosphere 🤩
But it is strange that there is no restriction on the number of people in groups, it is very uncomfortable because of the large number of people dancing in halls, changing clothes in locker rooms, because it is very crowded. Thanks to the Elgato studio, I have the opportunity to study with Nastya Kostyukevich and Anya Voitova. What these two beautiful girls are doing is wow! They are professionals in their field! And also Anastasia and Anna's classes are an incredible level of development, which is felt with every workout and not only in terms of dance. A competent approach to each student, a warm atmosphere, professional presentation of the material, unforgettable emotions after training are always provided. I do not miss a single training session of my teachers, even in a bad mood, because I know that after classes with them I get charged for the coming days, and most importantly, I develop and grow.

The studio itself is super, many halls, comfortable locker rooms, the best teachers.
But offline admins leave much to be desired... In 90% of cases, as a client, I am greeted by the most sour and unfriendly people, who often do not even greet me.
For any question that deviates a little from the cost of the subscription, instead of help, I often hear "I don't know" and the same person is absolutely not interested in solving the issue.
Coming to the admin desk before class in order to recapture a subscription, I would not like to feel like you are distracting the admins from work... I hope for understanding and correction of the situation

I came to a new set, for the first time here.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the choreographers are great, everything is great here.
But administrators are really sad. Passive aggression is felt right from the entrance from all three at once, and so on for any issue in the future. Sometimes they switch to "You" without even asking if it would be convenient for me to communicate in this format.
Also, it is not convenient that there is no limit to the number of people in one room in one group. And in the locker room, due to this, neither walk nor sit down. I'm not even talking about the empty cells where to put valuables.
It really spoils the whole impression.. after the first lesson, I was hesitant to return, but they decided to return only because of the good choreographers.
I read the reviews, it turns out that I've been dealing with toxic admins for so long.. It is a pity that the problem is not being solved. Because it's really very repulsive.

I've been working in the studio for only a couple of months, but every time I come to training, I'm happy as a child. Because I got to a great coach - Masha Kravtsova. She is a super positive person, she will always explain and prompt, make jokes and so on. I have never regretted that I went to her for a trial lesson, because there was a complete match.
The girls at the reception desk are polite and friendly.
The halls are stylish and spacious🙃
Overall, I am happy with everything. The only thing I think is that it would be nice to put a cooler with water. Water can be purchased from the administrator, but it is not very convenient))

The studio is wonderful, I will write specifically about my case. If you go to Diana Pilate, then organization and thoughtfulness are provided. Over the past few months, I've made progress in my movements and I've been tracking it through my videos. There is air conditioning and fans. And also a cool backlight in the dark, the ability to shoot a video. I didn't go to all the courses and I don't know how many people go to other teachers and what kind of organization they have. But Diana Pilate has music slowing down at different speeds so that everyone can accurately repeat the movement and learn it. She thinks through every little thing and that's why I want to write that she is the best. ☀️☀️☀️☀️❤️🔥 And she has her own unique style, this person is easy to admire. I like the sharpness and energy of her dancing, although she makes any movements beautifully, even smooth and light ones. I don't recommend it!
We recruited a group in September, people bought season tickets, the administrator convinced that classes would take place from 3 people in a group. At first, 12 people went, over time the number changed, there were also 7 people (moreover, anyone from any direction who has a subscription can join your class, "get to know the teacher" or change direction).
The big weekend has come (November 4-7) and we have an announcement in the group's general chat: ATTENTION, a decision has been made, together with the teacher, to CLOSE the group due to a small number of visits.
They won't even discuss with you your amenities, your transfers, or whether you plan to continue walking. A decision will be made behind your back.
They will offer another group at another time. They do not conclude a contract, they do not bear obligations. And the most interesting thing is that the school announced the RECRUITMENT of a new group in December. Draw your own conclusions
