Terrible company! We have been using cash registers for 2 years, but now serious problems have begun!
I received a message about the need to switch to the 2.0 application. On Monday morning, an update was installed, and ... the application is not working correctly! It is impossible to break through one position — you have to add a second product and then delete it. We contacted technical support, but they said that this should not happen, and advised us to reinstall the application. Nothing has changed after the reinstallation. A month has passed, and the problem is still not solved.
If there is a debt on one cash register, all cash registers are blocked at once! How is this possible? Today is the second day our company is not working because of the cash registers. The debt was repaid yesterday, but the payment, according to them, is displayed only after three days.
We will abandon this service provider!
