They wanted to treat the child's teeth. It all started with the administrator, after a short conversation with whom the thought crept in "Was it worth coming here?" A visit to the doctor's office confirmed this idea. They did not immediately offer to do anesthesia, they did not even try to talk to the child, my attempts to talk to the child, explain what would happen and how they did not find support. When the child started screaming in pain, they offered to let me out (I suppose they would have held the child by force). The question of why they did not do anesthesia did not find an answer (apparently they do not have time to wait for it to work). They offered to do it, but the child refused to open his mouth, which is understandable. They left without treatment. Maybe they can help adults there, but definitely not with children.

We have been visiting this clinic with our daughter since the age of 2 (now we are 6.5 years old). The clinic performed professional cleaning, removal of baby teeth and treated one tooth. Young patients are treated with respect and understanding of children's fears, if questions arise, they explain everything in detail)) The rooms are equipped in bright colors, there is a TV with cartoons. I am very pleased that I once chose this particular dentistry!!! 👍😀Thanks to this clinic, my child is not afraid of dentists and is looking forward to the next visit... What I can't say about myself ((🙄 It's a pity there were no such clinics in my childhood☺️
