I've been looking for a laptop of a certain model for a long time. I found exactly the one I was looking for on the site. The specs were good, and the back cover in the photo was exactly what I wanted. I placed an order and when I arrived to pick up at the store, I was shown another laptop, not the same as in the photo. The serial number and the rest matched. But there was a completely different cover and one port was missing, which was in the description. The consultants said that the photo is just different, but the laptop is the same.
I would like the photos on the site to coincide with reality, so that there would be no such situations, because in the end I did not get exactly the laptop I wanted

03.09.2023 посетили магазин по адресу пр.Рокоссовского, 2. Хочется отметить квалифицированный персонал, особенно мастера и знатока своего дела Коваленко Олега. Очень доходчиво, подробно, доступным языком рассказал нам про стиральную машинку, дал рекомендации, ответил на все наши "смешные" вопросы. Хочется выразить слова благодарности Олегу и попросить руководство оценить высокий профессионализм данного сотрудника. После таких грамотных развернутых консультаций хочется возвращаться в магазин вновь и вновь. Также мы получили полную консультацию и про пылесосы. In the direction it was written "note: not opened, in the original packaging." It's good that at the checkout I asked if I could look before paying, the girl said that you can look where we were given a referral for payment. We went back there and asked to see it. They gave me an open box, a cardboard box was stained from the inside. To the questions of what it is, there was an answer: - We don't know, we're not involved. In general, I do not recommend it!!!

Do you think this is an indicator of the quality of service? It's only out of politeness and understanding of the situation that you hold back so as not to be rude. They fly in for one purpose - to convince you to buy, because there is only one unit of goods left and it is more expensive for competitors. You realize the absurdity of the situation and leave the store.

I bought a phone today on Dzerzhinsky 126,redmi 10, with the characteristics of 6 GB / 128g, I will put aside the fact that they very obsessively offer a protective glass for 50 rubles and an extended warranty for 150 rubles, but most of all I was outraged that when I came home I found that I was sold a phone for 4 GB /128, I just can't understand how this can be done, is it carelessness or is it pure fraud. When I returned a couple of hours later, they changed the phone without any problems, but it's a pity for the time and nerves spent! To be honest, I have never even encountered such a thing, how can you punch one product and in fact give out another?!!!

Покупала я себе Кофиварку, мы с мамой позвали консультанта, хотела именно одну модель, т.к. у моей сестры, точно такая же модель. Пришел консультант "Стажёр" (даже Стажёром не назовешь)
Кофиварка стоило на акции 444р ну и что бы он в краце рассказал что и как им пользоваться, Лекция прошла нам в мин 40. Втюхивал нам Кофемашину около 1000р.
Когда я выбрала кофивару за 444р. На минуточку. Если бы я хотела кофеМашину около 1000р, то бы мог нам сровнить какие то и другие модели. Но это ладно.. и в 5 элементе и в Электросиле все продовцы рассказывают по лучше товар и по дороже!
Но эту кофеварку он вообще не советовал брать! Но если стоит товар в магазине, Значит он продается, а не отговаривают от него. Я все ровно настояла на своем, когда мы пошли оформлять товар тут началось.. возьмите Гарантию, а то это кофеварка долго у вас не прослужит. Мы уже и так 40 мин Лекцию слушали, уже устали , тут я уже просто злая была. Я уже ответила: Оформляйте Молча пожалуйста и я заберу товар и пойду! После этого, все быстро сделал. А кофеварка у меня около года работает Хорошо. Понабирают Консультантов, что в мозг залезут.
