Yesterday, 02.10.2022, in the store in the Mainland shopping center, as a gift to my parents, I wanted to buy a Horizon TV with a diagonal of 32 inches for 445 rubles. (I don't remember the exact model). But, to my deep surprise, the consultants began to very obsessively dissuade me from this purchase. They said bluntly: the product is very bad, not of high quality, a lot of "refunds", does not fulfill the warranty period. They also said that this TV in their window has been standing for about six months and has thus exhausted its entire resource. They did not respond to my words that it does not matter to me that if it breaks during the warranty period, I will return it, and if after that it will be my problems. They smiled sweetly at my offer to withdraw such a low-quality product from sale. After a rather lengthy dialogue in this style, I was almost directly told that no one would sell me this TV. Realizing this, the purchase had to be abandoned, the mood of the parents was spoiled. Thanks for the care of the store staff, but this behavior is already too much.
