The fact is that we came to the store half an hour before the end of the work of a representative of VTB bank, to whom we needed to get and find out about the installment plan. And the girl (I don't remember her name, unfortunately) kindly agreed to make an application, despite the fact that there was a little time left before the store closed. The manager who served us, Vladislav Sinyavsky, calmly and non-intrusively carried out the purchase. At one time, some nuances arose, but the excellent deputy head of the store, Marina Leonidovna, helped to settle everything. It is very pleasant, so I express my gratitude to Marina Leonidovna and Vladislav. We are very grateful to the employees for their kindness and good mood. I really appreciate the customer orientation of the staff. Overall, the atmosphere in the store was welcoming and pleasant. It's not the closest store to my place of residence, but I'm the kind of person who prefers to go where nice people work)) In general, I liked the store at this address. Good luck to everyone!

Therefore, YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL two-year or three-year WARRANTY.. When I buy a fan, they tell me that the fan IS UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. When I buy a vacuum cleaner - this particular brand is UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY.. Today I'm buying an aerogrill, the most expensive model presented.. Again, literally: - CHEAP CHINA, UNRELIABLE, BUY AN ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE... The seller starts an inappropriate discussion almost on the topic "how much is roofing material in Odessa"... So maybe your sellers are UNRELIABLE? I will not teach the store how to make a profit, but from this constant imposition of an additional guarantee, and how it is done, it is both funny and sad at the same time... I do not want to contact such sellers for advice. From my experience, most often the salesperson in the department knows little about the different product models and their characteristics. It is easier to read about several models on the Internet, study the issue yourself, and then go to buy goods in an Electric car.

I bought a phone a year ago. They very persistently imposed an extended (it is also an additional) guarantee. They claimed that in a year, if everything was in order, the money would be returned. It turned out that bonuses are simply credited to the card, of which, when buying any inactive product, they can pay 15 percent of the cost within a month. That is, it is necessary to buy 2000 pieces of equipment from them in a month. When I asked why they didn't explain this at the time of purchase, all the consultants and cashiers silently smiled mockingly. I felt full.... A scam. These conditions were not specified anywhere in the contract.

Покупали стиральную машину, объездили пол Минска, консультировались с продавцами, потом смотрели цены и отзывы в интернете на рекомендуемые модели. В магазине Электросила на Притыцкого всё звёзды сошлись. Цена лучшая в городе, отзывы хорошие, спасибо. P.S. немного испортила картину очень навязчивая доп.горантия за немаленькие деньги.

Покупали мультиварку. Огорчило то, что из скороварок на выбор было только две, и то, что есть только один консультант (ждали приличное время). Однако этот один консультант (по имени Сергей, кстати) нам очень зорошо и спокойной всё объяснил. Со всем помог, и при этом не пропоганлировал нам купить. Я прямо удовольствие получала) Место само по себе приятное, ассортимент хороший (Не считая скороварок)0)) ). Изначально планировала поставить 4 звезды, пока ждали консультанта увидела кью ар код с местом в Я. Картах и пришла идея написать отзыв, но по мере повысила оценку за действительно приятную покупку. 5 звёзд!

В ноябре 2021 года купил робот-пылесос Tefal. Вещь для дома хорошая. При покупке консультант настаивал о приобретении дополнительной гарантии, мол может произойти что угодно с пылесосом (наступить на него, толкнуть и т.д.). Гарантировал, что данная гарантия 1 раз покроет негарантийный ремонт. При креплении насадки для влажной уборки произошел разлом крепления насадки к пылесосу. Вследствие чего пылесос не выполняет вторую функцию (влажная уборка) . При обращении в магазин, где я приобретал пылесос г. Минск. ул. Глебки,5, мне сказали, что данная дополнительная гарантия не распространяется на насадку для влажной уборки(консультант утверждал, что гарантия покроет любые механические повреждения). В гарантии также не указано, что она не распространяется на насадки для влажной уборки для робота-пылесоса. Оставил замечание в книге отзывов и предложений. НИКОГДА НЕ СОГЛАШАЙТЕСЬ НА ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНУЮ ГАРАНТИЮ. ВЫМАНИВАНИЕ ВАШИХ ДЕНЕГ.

Выбор средний, много чего нету, плюс к этому довольно нервные сторожа, пока выбирали дышали в затылок, в итоге купили только из-за того что больше нигде небыло нужной модели, потом ещё догнали на экскаваторе и спросили чек, это с тем успехом что час который мы выбирали в прямом смысле дышали в затылок, такое себе удовольствие

Выбор небольшой. Хотел купить наушники samsung buds pro черные. Уточнил на сайте. Есть в наличии. Приехал - нет. Спросил консультанта, где есть. Ответ - в Гомеле. Резюме - нет смысла смотреть на сайте. Надо ехать и самому смотреть. Лет 10 назад это может было актуально. Сейчас так никто не работает
