We chose a vertical vacuum cleaner with my husband. Not a single seller came up and consulted. They took a vacuum cleaner from the window themselves and turned it on to check, the store director immediately ran up and began to complain, saying that they couldn't do that, you wouldn't buy this vacuum cleaner later. At the same time, he did not send us a seller who could advise us. Then the saleswoman came up, who did not know at all where the battery was in this vacuum cleaner and how it was charged. As a result, we took away this vacuum cleaner, but the sediment was not pleasant. Sellers on Sovetskaya 97 are much nicer and consult better, unfortunately they did not have this model in stock.

Horror, don't set foot here anymore!!! When I first came, it was not pleasant to hear the staff discussing the buyer when he was still in the hall. I also heard comments about myself. It's not tactful and insulting. The second time I came only because of a good discount, but I couldn't get through to the consultant, pretending that I couldn't hear. Then communication at the level of why you came here, now it's lunch time. At that moment, everyone was really drinking coffee or having lunch. Communicating in raised tones and imposing your opinion. I was just in shock, I had a great desire to leave and I regret that I did not leave and made a purchase. The equipment was defective and the next day go to the service center. The complete negativity of the purchase. I rarely write complaints, but it's boiling over, it's the first time I've come across this lately.
