I am very disappointed with this store. My dad is a pensioner who lives in the village and bought a TV. Together with him, extended warranty services and Smart TV+IVI 12 setup were sold to him. The last service was not fully distributed to him (he does not know what it is). By the way, he doesn't need her from the word at all. We asked the store for a refund for this service. The rejection response came. It's just terrible, I visited this store yesterday, the assortment is not bad and the prices are reasonable.. BUT the attitude of the consultants is something... we chose an iPhone for 4 showcases with phones, there were only 2 consultants, one of them was constantly sitting and gluing films on the phone (this is generally a separate story) the second was constantly running somewhere ... for questions to the consultant (who glued the films) regarding the product. The store itself is good, but consultants like to lie, impose services or goods that are beneficial to them (as in other hardware stores). For example, to sell a licensed Windows with a laptop, allegedly without this, the product is not sold in installments - although in fact it is sold and this is a lie! Заходили с мужем в этот магазин, сначала нам помогла очень вежливая продавец-консультант, покупали блендер, все показала, оформила карту, спасибо ей большое, жаль имя не запомнила. Затем подошли к другому консультанту и попросили включить показать монитор, он ответил, что принципиально не хочет этого делать, так как у него на это уйдет много времени, что включит только в том случае, если мы его точно купим(хотя стоял без дела). Я спросила, а как тогда понять подходит он нам или нет.
Очень невежливо и некрасиво, считаю, что такие люди не должны работать в магазинах, где все завязано на общении с людьми. Не снижаю звезды только из-за милой женщины, которая нам все подсказала.

Хотел купить флешку и наканец-то нашёл этот стенд. Он оказался за кассой, откуда всё плохо видно. Подойти ближе нельзя. Показывать она (продавец) мне их все тоже не будет ( я должен знать ), но ведь зачастую покупатель принимает окончательное решение рассмотрев всё что в поле его зрения и проанализировав, в том числе и ценники. Издали это не реально. Так в этом магазине давно оказывается. По итогу, не разбираясь я не стал покупать. Менеджер на кассе не пошла "мне на встречу".

Попросил покозать два товара еще даже угаваривал. Спросил какой между двух выбрать он сказал не какой и втюхивал третий типа хороший. Врезультате сам выбрал и сказал запаковывайте, так он не находя каробки пахожий хотел втюхать типа оправдывал что это дешевле я сказа что вообще покупать не чего не буду и уйду он сказал как хотите. Но я всеровно настоял через повышаные тона разговора на покупке то что мне нужно было. Искал коропку правдо около 10 - ти минут.
Речь шла о блютуз калонке для ребенка.
Продавец был если не ошибаюсь Лапырев
Покупка была примерно 18:20, 28.08.2023.

Хочется посвятить парочку «приятных» слов данному заведению. Честно говоря, всегда было мнение, что «Электросила» является довольно сильной сетью с высоким уровнем обслуживания, но что-то конкретно в этом месте и в этот день пошло не так (а именно 06/07 в районе 18.00). Весьма странно, что таких людей ставят на должности во, вроде бы, довольно популярной точке, но разберем по порядку.
В кратце: купили часы, сразу же к ним приобрели пленку, товар сразу же оплатили. Нас направили в очередь на наклейку, которая входила в стоимость услуги.
Прождали 20 минут на пустой кассе (или что там у вас) где обслуживали одну женщину (один консультант, при наличии еще нескольких абсолютно ничем не занятых, хотя, конечно, это мой субъективный взгляд, возможно у них дела поважнее, чем обслужить клиента, обсудить новости, например) и трижды получив вопрос от проходящих мимо консультантов «а у вас оплачено?» (на что был дан положительный ответ), мною был задан закономерный вопрос. Вся суть которого в весьма вежливой форме была выражена всем присутствующим работникам магазина, и представляла собой незатейливое «а можно и меня уже обслужить, пожалуйста?». Ведь спросить «оплачено ли» у всех времени хватило. На что в довольно грубой форме был получен ответ от АДМИНИСТРАТОРА по фамилии Дрогомерецкий , который звучал, цитирую: «женщина, если вас что-то не устраивает, оформляйте возврат и идите отсюда, ваш менеджер вообще на выходном, скажите спасибо, что мы вас вообще обслуживаем». Я, конечно, все понимаю, но особого отношения никто не требовал, обычного бы хотя бы, как к покупателю. На данный ответ я попросила жалобную книгу, на что данный субъект решил попробовать дополнить свое пренебрежение: «не жалобная книга, а книга замечаний и предложений, и вообще мне плевать на ваши жалобы, можете писать, что хотите, мне все равно за это ничего не будет.»

Магазин вполне неплохой. Очень много вежливых консультантов. Молодые, активные, неординарные, что радует.
Хороший выбор от дешевых моделей к дорогим.
Минусы: навязывание ненужных дополнительных гарантий и обман в том, что без нее не одобрят рассрочку, что нарушает закон защиты прав потребителей. Ну а, если уже и оформили, не хотят ее анулировать. Очень частые споры на счет возврата средств за неиспользуемую услугу. Втирают, что она частично может быть возвращена, но это не так.
Этими уловками не знания закона пользуются. И обязывают молодых продавцов дурить народ.

Покупала маме телевизор LG. Цена на ту модель была ненамного дороже, чем в интернет-магазинах. Работой консультанта-продавца Вячеслава осталась довольна, приобрела также расширенную гарантию. Если при возникновении гарантийной ситуации выполнятся условия договора, как рассказывали - буду довольна вдвойне.
