I want to express my dissatisfaction with the incompetence of sellers and consultants. When selling, they do not explain the full functionality of the product. They work for a "tick", just to sell (to sell). And they also breed for an extended warranty. They do not explain all the pros and cons of the product.
The product I purchased in this store does not perform the functions that it should perform. After the purchase, we asked on the second day to exchange the robot vacuum cleaner with our surcharge for a better and more expensive model, which we were refused and we began to be driven through warranty workshops. There were two of them: one in Grodno, the second in Minsk. The answer from the warranty workshops is the same, that, they say, the product meets the requirements stated by the manufacturer. One thing is clear that in workshops, the product is tested indoors, possibly without walls, where the robot vacuum cleaner will perform functions, since it has no barriers there. But on the example of an apartment, it does not perform these functions. All the proceedings lasted a month. Although the product did not need repair. And according to the legislation, goods that do not need repair or technical intervention must be returned to the consumer within 14 days. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The staff is incompetent. They do not know all the characteristics of the product and work on a tick.

I want to express my indignation and dissatisfaction!
I am not very happy with the purchase of the POLARIS-PUH 6080 TFD humidifier.
WHEN BUYING, NOT A WORD WAS SAID ABOUT THE DISADVANTAGES.
As a result, humidity is gaining in the toilet with the doors closed. The humidity in the room is not more than 50%.
And the most important drawback is a strong white plaque throughout the apartment, even in the closet on clothes..... It's a nightmare......
As a result, the store says that everything is fine and it's okay.
The humidifier was sent to the service center in Minsk, twice!!!! They write that the reason is hard water. Tell me, what kind of water should be poured??? After all, distilled water is considered good.
I decided that I would not pick it up from the store, let them use it themselves... And I worry about the health of my family, because such a raid is not good!!!
