To be honest, I was extremely dissatisfied with visiting this clinic. I was especially disappointed with the reception staff — they are completely unable to communicate with customers, they speak rudely and without respect. I didn't feel any customer orientation. The service as a whole also left an unpleasant impression. Such an attitude towards patients is unacceptable for a medical institution. I cannot recommend visiting this clinic. I hope the management will pay attention to the behavior of the reception staff and improve the quality of service.
