We punched through the product at the self-service checkout. For unknown reasons, the cashier was shown that the product did not break through, she began to check. After making sure that everything was in order, the cashier Savitskaya Svetlana Anatolyevna expressed in an unpleasant tone that we did not comply with the rules of trade due to the fact that we did not put the package in the box and said that now, BECAUSE of US, everything needs to be rechecked by cameras. When I asked where I could get acquainted with these rules, there was no response. Without permission, she began to inspect the contents of my package, to which I told them not to climb the packages, but to watch the cameras. Further, the cashier joked, laughed and discussed this situation in a negative way with other customers. When the cameras looked through and made sure that we didn't take anything, they didn't even apologize to us, and in the same negative tone they said that we were free. Please have a preventive conversation with an employee!
