We need to run and look for him. Then wait 10 minutes for someone to come up from the busy cashiers. It's faster to pay off a kilometer-long queue at a regular cash register. That's why I don't use self-service cash desks there. Administration assign a separate cashier to the self-service cash desks so that he is constantly there, and not wandering around somewhere, or sitting at a regular cash register. And then the equipment for self-service cash desks was purchased, but there is still no service. And of course I would like cooking))

After reviewing the reviews of previous years, I can say that nothing is changing. The staff does not care about their work as much as possible. Boorish attitude is considered to be the norm.
Most of the sellers still look like they are celebrating the new year.
Self-service cash desks have appeared (oh, a miracle!), where there is almost never an employee to help or confirm the age when buying excise goods.
It is very strange that such an environment is present in the city center in a store in 2024.

I came here the other day purposefully for bell pepper. The store is clean, the goods are located beautifully and conveniently. The queues at the ticket offices are small.
