Everything was clear, fast, and everything that was needed to get help was immediately explained at the entrance. They were quickly accepted, helped to fill out the application, and immediately issued a certificate. It is impossible to get through at all ,you don 't know where to go to the apartment , then somewhere else , tell me someone , maybe there is another number , these numbers that are not valid on the site . And is it possible to get to them and sign up for an electronic queue at the embassy itself or not?

The official website has the address Starovilenskaya 51. They don't accept mail, they don't answer calls, and it's basically impossible to get a place in the queue. The only consulate in the world that does not help its citizens.
