I ordered a watch from Juma, the seller sent it via Fedex, after a while my whatsapp and mail began to aggressively throw messages from some Emex with a link to their website and an offer to hire a broker for customs clearance, this office is a Fedex intermediary, they have a tricky system you are offered two options one paid for 4000 tng the other is free only in which it is said that it is necessary to give the collected documents at the customs office in Almaty when you live in Pavlodar! The text on the site is drawn in a light gray font that is difficult to read , everything is done with a hint that you would give up the idea of independent customs clearance! Yes, I'd rather not rastamage anything at all out of principle! And pick up the parcel! Send her back! I've got you figured out! I won't order anything else from juma at all, and if I see Fedex/Emex delivery anywhere else.kz, then the question of buying from there will be closed! This means you order a product, and after some time you are confronted with the fact that you still need to pay for customs clearance for a single product worth up to $ 100 and weighing 500 grams! That's how much I ordered from Aliexpress, even from $ 100 and weighing much more, always delivery via kazpost and nothing was imposed and there were no issues with paperwork at all! Your office with such an approach will not take root with us!

"I won't use FEDEX because of EMEX"
I was surprised to find hemorrhoids.
I ordered a product from Japan about 0.5 kg and the price is 30 bucks plus delivery. About 50-60 dollars came out. I thought that was it. As a rule, Ali, etc. But it was not there. It turned out that I had to come to their office first so that they would: Option A: issue documents and I would go to customs with them. I've only heard about customs on TV.
Option B: pay them (officially) 4000 tenge for the fact that they themselves will undergo a simplified customs clearance procedure. Guys!! What are the fees?? I paid in Fedex once you are Emex, charge them extra.payment to customs.
4k is not a question at all! Why can't this be taken into account right away. It looks like a divorce and a profit out of the blue! I paid for the delivery in Fedex, isn't that included in the price?
And I paid in Fedex, and I got hemorrhoids in some Emex.

I lowered my rating because I was offered to clear the parcel, which is not subject to customs clearance, according to the rules of the law, which I studied before contacting them.
Friends recommended not to argue and to give money for their services.
I tried to find out from an employee why I should pay for customs clearance, the attempt was unsuccessful, their employees are incompetent, I just paid. ☹️
