We had a rest in late July/early August 2024. A very good three, better than many fours. A small area, but neat, everything is there: a swimming pool, sun beds, a tennis table, a bar, a relaxation area with sofas. The food is pretty good, yes, there is no choice from 100 dishes, but it is easy to choose something to your liking. Everything was delicious, the food was always reported if it ran out. The bar was mostly free and unlimited, and you could also take as much water as you wanted at any time of the day. WiFi for 7 days - $ 10, for 10 days - $ 12, free on the 1st floor, bought for $ 10 to be in the room - flew, but))) No one will warn you that Wi-Fi works exactly 7 days until the minute and hour when you bought it, if you are traveling for 7 days and 8 nights - take into account. The staff, who are Turks, are very friendly, they do not divide by nationality). The beach at the hotel on the first coast is very clean, the bar there is paid.Nice rooms, very good renovation! We had a view of the mountains and the neighboring hotels, the photo is attached.
And now, what didn't you like.
1) Check-in through the basement. I saw in the reviews a man's comment that all Russians are settled through the "basement" (these are rooms on the 1st floor, they are inferior in repair and comfort) and was skeptical, apparently in vain Our compatriots really visited everything there, moreover, they refused money to settle immediately in a Good room, maybe however, there was no free room))) But the next day they honestly moved to whatever room they wanted) However, these moves personally annoy me, which is a minus.
2) Cleaning for three out of five. At first they cleaned well, changed the linen and towels every day, only left a tip - everything faded, They began to change only towels, the bed was just neatly made and that's it, they didn't change anything, they didn't clean very much anymore.
3)As I said, the beach is very clean, with a funny caretaker, but go....in the heat for about 15 minutes. I would like to get closer.

A quiet, peaceful hotel. The room stock is not large, cozy, bed linen, towels (everything is perfectly clean), disposable slippers are provided. We had a vacation in May with my husband. There is no animation, but for us it is even a plus. The food is not very varied, but it is very tasty. (special thanks to the cook)) The entire hotel staff is very friendly, you feel at home! There was a variety of fruits (watermelon, melon, peaches, oranges) . White wine, red wine, beer (medium quality).Coffee, tea, juices (around the clock) , carbonated drinks are also provided.for lunch and dinner, chicken, fish, meat ribs. From the side dish: rice, pasta, potatoes. There were first courses , but we didn't try them. A variety of salads, lots of juicy greens. All the food is always fresh, and Turkish pastries were also served. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel, gorgeous. WiFi at the reception is free, it gets to the room, we talked calmly))). The owner of the hotel is a pleasant man.All staff understands Russian.The hotel is multinational, there are many guests from different countries. There is a very cozy atmosphere on the territory of the hotel, pleasant musical accompaniment plays during meals. The center of Kemer is 20 minutes away. walking . The declared hotel is absolutely consistent with the price / quality. Thanks to all the staff!

Excellent hotel for a quiet stay. Thank God there is no animation! The guys in the kitchen are trying, they didn't stay hungry. The maids are just smart, they cleaned every day and twisted all sorts of funny things out of towels)) It is clear that the hotel has a soul and a caring owner. The beach is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Next time we get together, we will definitely come back here!

The average hotel
The food is not varied, for breakfast, for example, boiled eggs, an omelet with leftovers from yesterday's vegetables, greens, various olives, cheeses, jam, portioned butter, it is impossible to eat, as if you were eating margarine. The coffee machine makes 3 in 1 coffee, and it looks very scary, rusty. For lovers of meat dishes, too, is not the best place) the service at the hotel is average, they gave soap and shampoo, but there is no toothpaste. On the first night they settled on the 1st floor, the rooms there are certainly not ice, then they moved to the 2nd floor. This scheme is working in the hotel, I have heard a similar story from many guests.

It was good that the room was overlooking the pool, it was quiet, those who had a room at a nearby hotel complained that it was not possible to sleep because of the animation of the neighboring hotel. The air conditioner is directly above the bed, either sleep under it, or turn it off and sleep in the stuffiness. By the way, it only works when you are in the room and the card is inserted. You will not be able to come to a cool room. The hotel itself is at the entrance to Kemer, 20, 25 minutes to the center. In the heat, and we were unbearably walking in July. Therefore, if you are going to the peak of summer, and you like to walk, another hotel is better. The beach is 15 minutes away. The beach is a separate topic. The guy in charge of the beach was ruining the whole vacation. He was yelling at everyone all the time, brawling, making remarks. Everyone, everyone pisses him off. Children spreading sand, vacationers moving sun beds, drinking beer, etc. Russian Russian. I swore every day in pure Russian, all the time pointing at the rules that, I quote, "Are written for you in Russian." Before going to his beach, you need to study the set of rules that he wrote. Do not move the sun beds, do not bring your own drinks, wash your feet, but not for long, because "Water is expensive." Everyone should keep up to date. I made terrible fresh food myself. We decided to buy it once and were stunned. Fresh carrots: with dirty hands, he takes UNWASHED carrots out of a dirty bag, shoves them into a juicer and the fresh is ready. And this is in the heat. For fresh orange juice, unwashed old oranges, withered poor devils from age. The beach is small, for several hotels, it is unrealistic to find a sunbed under an umbrella. The hotel itself is clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. The hotel is not for vacationers with children. There is no animation. Food is not for children. A bunch of various herbs, soy cutlets, meat only offal, wings, chicken legs. The fruits were watermelons, plums, melons, oranges. By the end of dinner, there is no fruit. There are only 2 sets of sweets: some biscuits and cookies doused with syrup. But we understood that 3 stars were expected, so we were ready. We were going not to get fat. The staff is polite, smiling, always responding to requests, everyone says hello, speaks Russian. The attitude is very friendly. A deposit of $10 for beach towels. They were returned at the check-out.
Any currency can be exchanged for lira right at the hotel. There are 3 types of wine, white, red, pink, good quality beer, cola, fanta, sprite. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The coffee in the vending machine is terrible, as it is instant and has not always been. There were 2 more cold drinks in coolers, soluble Yuppie type, it is not possible to drink. And water is always available. The waiters watched breakfast, lunch, and dinner very well, the tables were quickly cleaned, the food was taken out, and they worked smoothly and well. The host party was the Turkish Peninsula tour operator. Their price tags on the tour are 3 times higher than those of others, we later realized this. It was unpleasant. All excursions with a visit to special shops, where the price tags are also cosmic. If we talk about the overall impression, I liked it. It's always good to rest. Will we go back there? Hardly.

The case when you don't expect anything supernatural, but you get the best. A small, cozy, almost homely hotel. If you do not want to stand in line for food, towels, sun beds, then this hotel is an ideal option. The room is not large, but cozy, cleaned every day, tea, coffee, water, drinks around the clock unlimited, the food is delicious, cooked with love. View from the balcony to the mountains and the adjacent separate one with a swimming pool. The hotel also has a small pool, but almost no one used it because it has its own beach. The road to it is 7 minutes at an ordinary pace, in the photo there is an arch with the inscription Kemer, here it is to the right along a pleasant alley. wide coastline and always a lot of places, no need to occupy at 6 am)) A towel can be taken on a $10 deposit. We were in Kemer for the first time. Of course, we previously read reviews about dozens of hotels. But this one is hooked on something. And you know, we didn't regret it at all. A small, neat hotel (I counted 36 rooms), calm, without noisy parties. At the same time, there is a fairly large swimming pool with sun loungers and an area for evening gatherings, and a modest bar with a choice of alcoholic beverages quite sufficient for an inexperienced and unspoiled guest.
The staff is attentive and friendly. The owner of the hotel is a serious, colorful Turk, constantly monitors employees and cleanliness, the kitchen is not a masterpiece, but if you did not come for extra kg from excesses, then there is very little, of course new acquaintances from other, more luxurious hotels, told us about multimeter tables with numerous phenomena, but then who wants what. The main contingent of guests are people over 50. There were also young families relaxing quietly by the pool, watching the toddlers splashing in the children's area. A clean beach area is a 7-minute quiet walk away. We liked the hotel. I think that he fully corresponds to three full-fledged stars.

A small, warm hotel, good attitude to vacationers, delicious food, drinks until 22.00. For a relaxing budget holiday, I had room 412 with mountain views. The beach is not close, as stated, 800 meters to the beach, cleanly maintained, there is a bar, you can snack on corn and drink freshly squeezed juice.

I was with my wife in May 2022. We chose a small hotel with a swimming pool near the center. It turned out to be about 800 meters to the center of Kemer, 350 meters to the sea in a straight line, and 800 meters to its own beach too. We went to the beach of the reconstructed hotel next to the “Double Tree”, there are sun beds and a canopy and close. I really liked the staff at the hotel, they understand and speak Russian, and the best of all is the owner, he was present daily, looked after, ate like everyone else, was attentive to requests. The rooms are small, but they all have a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning and a balcony. Cleaning every day, change of towels - optional. The choice of food is not rich, but everything is delicious: several salads, cheese, cheese, sausages, eggs, fresh vegetables, fruits, salted olives, rice, pasta, chicken or meat, stewed vegetables, several desserts, coffee, tea, beer, wine, fresh juice can be squeezed at the bar. On the couple's birthday, they presented a delicious cake, warmly congratulated them with fireworks! We recommend the hotel.
