Excellent budget hotel in the historic center of Istanbul. Fatih district. It is a 7-minute walk from Sultanahmet Tram Station. From Chamberlitash - the same amount. Pros: Clean (newly renovated), quiet street, small.
Among the disadvantages: the breakfasts are modest (only omelet or scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, a small snack selection: olives, cheeses, sausage, vegetables).
But in general, in this category (my price point) this is the best place I've been (Istanbul 3 times: 21st, 23rd, January 25th)
I definitely recommend it

Great hotel! We stayed a week in January, the room is very warm, they don't save on heating) the hot water is also uninterrupted.
The photos in Yandex are old - there are more up-to-date photos on the booking site, and there are fresh repairs and furniture now. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, small table. There is a hanger instead of a closet - if you have a lot of clothes, it may be a little cramped))
Breakfast is quite sufficient: There are 3 types of cheese, sausage, sausages, yogurt, bread and muffins, vegetables, boiled eggs, plus the girls bring coffee and an omelet/Scrambled eggs.
It takes 10 minutes to get to Sultanahmet Square slowly, and it's also more convenient to take the tram there - it's a more gentle climb than to the Chamberlitash stop.
The hotel is located in a quiet side street, close to many small shops and relatively inexpensive cafes.
We recommend it

We liked this hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights. The first night before going to bed, our lock broke. We thought, well, let's go sleep with the door open. But the Russian lady from the next room apparently drank too much and wandered over to us. Then we realized that we couldn't sleep like that, we didn't want to wake up in a room with guests. We threw the lock out of the bathroom and locked ourselves in. And in the morning they asked to move us to another room with a normal lock.
The second room was even better than the first, it was bigger and had a better view from the window.
We also had breakfast. The buffet. The set of dishes is standard for breakfast in Turkey. Good delicious coffee is served individually, not burnt, pleasantly soft, it seemed to me Turkish boiled coffee, or instant, but very good quality.
I recommend the hotel. Modern renovation, normal-sized rooms, clean, located in the old part of the city very close to the main attractions. But keep in mind, there are slides with steep descents and ascents everywhere, you will definitely pump up your legs.
