The location is excellent, the metro is nearby, the park is 5 minutes away (especially a big plus for dog walkers), across the street is the Lincoln Center, a lot of things are within walking distance, there is a bar on the roof. But there is one serious problem, at night you can catch cockroaches in the toilet, and in the states they are huge, the sight is not for the faint of heart. I told my wife only after leaving the hotel, otherwise I would definitely have to move out in the morning.
However, after 2 months of traveling in America on the way back, we stopped here again, as the location is gorgeous and the price is normal.

Convenient location, Windows facing the street, on the second floor I refused to take a room with a view of the ventilation system and audibility from the hoods, as in the engine room of the ship. It was worth the negotiations and time, but they changed it.
