- the staff is trying to breed for any nonsense that is not even listed in the price list
- the room is very noisy, as the road outside the window is very busy
- there is a burger joint on the ground floor, which clearly smells of burgers in the room

An inexpensive hotel for visitors of the nearby medical center. For some other reason, it is not worth living there.
