A wonderful hotel! We lived in apartments. In fact, it is a two-room apartment. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes. Quiet, calm, super clean!! In the bathroom there are bathrobes, slippers, and all disposable gadgets for showering and washing, there was even a machine and shaving cream and a small sewing kit)
There is a parking place for cars.
The administrators are friendly, the guards know why they are here!
There is a cafe, the breakfasts are varied, hearty, delicious. We got to lunch at the end, all the variety has already been sorted out. What was left was quite tasty.

Not the best hotel, as there are specifics. But it fully meets the cost. It's also a great location. It's always clean. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can have breakfast. You can always put a car, though for extra money, but that's good.
