There aren't many people, the queue is electronic, there is a cooler and comfortable chairs. In general, I am very pleased that they work this way. They came in the middle of the day 3 "bagatyrs" to turn off the light to a private property in an apartment for a small debt.. without warning, the doorbell rang incessantly, until the wife, who was in secret, opened, began to blackmail and threaten that the lights would be turned off, while they did not introduce themselves and gave 5 minutes to pay.. the payment was made, they were rude, they expressed themselves uncensorily, the wife was so worried that the pressure rose, etc! I don't know why the organization has a low 4.1 rating on Yandex. In my opinion, everything is fine. Electronic queue, polite operators. Well, yes, the waiting room is small, but I was there in the hall for 3 people in total (maybe I was lucky). Well, they fill out the papers by hand, but I only signed them. In terms of time, the conclusion of a service agreement took at most 10 minutes. Parking is a problem, but the staff is not to blame. As it is, everything is quite pleasant.

There are 5 windows, an electronic queue.. for 1 hour, 5 specialists serve an average of 10 people per hour. I.e. 2 people per window per hour. And all this is due to the fact that all contracts are filled out with a ballpoint pen and copied from the monitor screen... learn how to draw up contracts and automate workplaces. The waiting time of more than an hour to sign a contract is outrageous.

Very bad! VERY MUCH!!! If it goes on like this, then everything is very sad! We have sent a NOTIFICATION about the need to replace the metering device. Threats from the 2nd paragraph. But it's just not realistic to get through there. Basically, I call every day in the morning at lunch and in the evening. The result is zero!!! And this has been going on for 2 weeks!!! ZERO!!! I listen to music for 30 minutes. There are ZERO reactions to applications made on the site! There is ZERO reaction to emails by e-mail!!! And how can I grant you access?

There was no electronic queue at that time. The room is narrow, the workplaces have no partitions, which has a very bad effect on the audibility of employees if there are other people sitting next to them at the reception. I was served by a very competent employee, who explained everything very well and politely. In general, I liked everything, one big minus is the lack of partitions, which makes it hard to hear.

There is no organization's website. I had to come here on my own to sign a contract. It is extremely difficult to drive up by car, there are no places. There are huge queues and few windows in the place. It's very stuffy in the room, I was surprised how else people don't faint here. The staff seems to be normal - 2 stars for it.
