I would like to thank the staff for their courteous service. Also, thanks to vocalist Anastasia for the atmosphere, the songs were sung quickly, even though the hall was full, and the dance program was top!
We also got to another vocalist , and it wasn 't quite the same . But on the whole, a pleasant impression of this institution, the whole company was satisfied.

This is some kind of nightmare!!! We were alone … Wealthy adult women. With money. We decided to continue the evening at karaoke after the restaurant. Have arrived. There is no one in the hall. This did not bother us, although it was worth thinking about ... the deposit is 30p. Per person. No question!!! So what??? After 10 minutes. A rabid girl (the main one on the microphones) comes running in and starts hitting on us like we dropped the microphone, pay 50 rubles. We didn't drop anything!!! Where do these prices come from??? And what kind of tone does the staff have??!They didn't damage anything, they were alone… Relationships are tough!!! I'm not surprised they don't have people at all. In response to the desire to provide a book of complaints, they brought a notebook - not stitched and not numbered. Fire the whole team, whatever, if they want to work!!!

We got into this institution after the main program of the alumni meeting on 02/03/2024. It was announced to us that who is sitting at the table - a deposit of 50 rubles per person. There were 6 of us, the 2nd sat down at the bar, paid a deposit of 200 rubles. for the rest .... Ordered champagne for 30 rubles, a beer set for 40 rubles, 2 potatoes for 7 rubles and 2 sauces... Later, when trying to order another champagne, it was announced that you did not have enough funds on your deposit.... Well, without going into details, I paid another 50 rubles., champagne was brought.... It was approaching 5 a.m. and closing time, they offered to leave the institution.... When asked how much was left on the deposit, they answered "nothing." And since I was mostly in good consciousness, it was not difficult to calculate 30+30+40+6 (beer)+7+7+2 sauce = somewhere much less than 250p... They asked the waiter to recalculate, returned with the amount of the remaining 46p (what?) ... They asked to recalculate it again and, if possible, with a check. They brought a check for 96p in general (for some reason there was no champagne in the receipt).... He asked to count and mentioned to add this champagne to the check, asked if he could return the rest or pay with products in the form of these sets for beer. They said the kitchen was closed and we could be free. They said that in this case we can call the police and they will sort it out, after some negotiations they said that they would be ready.... They fixed inconveniences at the exit in the form of a lack of light in the wardrobe, one of the employees insulted and groomed the doors. Some kind of frivolous approach to customers, apparently designed for completely drunk and unimaginative customers. Thanks, not another foot...

When the microphone accidentally fell, a demon possessed the presenter and she decided to arrange a habza-level swearing, instead of a normal conversation. I wanted money for dropping the microphone. I said goodbye to this institution forever. The music database is old, there is no kitchen, the prices are decent. The tin is full. I came because there was no other nearby, but I will look for it)) I would like to note that the second presenter here, Dasha, is a young and good girl who knows how to work and communicate with people, but this time she was not there.
