Terrible low quality of service! The intercom stopped working, contacted the dispatcher, made a request, was informed that the dispatcher would come during the day, calling in 30 minutes, a weekday working day, asked if it was possible to make an application for the weekend or in the evening, he heard that the salaries were not so high to work like that, well and there is a lot of verbal flooding, and in general it is normal that customer service takes place only during business hours, but as a favor there is a function in the evening, but only after two weeks. The dispatcher behaves very unprofessionally, they do not work for the client, the attitude is boorish.

Hello! I left a request due to a tube malfunction. The master called himself and we agreed on the day and time when he would arrive. He called 30 minutes in advance, saying that he would be there soon. Fixed the breakdown, rechecked everything. Many thanks to him for his work. I really like that the company paints the doors every year.

We have been serving in Estonia for 17 years. When we leave a request for a breakdown of the door closer or doors, they arrive in a timely manner and fix all the problems.Very conscientious and polite staff. Our doors are also painted every year, which is very nice, since other entrances that are serviced by other organizations are rusty. Prosperity to you, adequate and understanding customers!

Very low quality of service!!! One day the master was called - a drunken man came. I had to call the dispatcher again, she behaved incorrectly, to put it mildly. On the appointed day, the master did not come and did not contact us. I do not recommend this counter!!!
