Everything was bad at all stages of interaction.
Initially, I asked her to calculate and deduct the delivery from the amount of the certificate, the girl replied that she did not need to deduct it.
The sewing dates were announced in 3-5 working days, I made the order at the beginning of the week. It's been about 10 days and the store is quiet. She asked again, and it turned out that they had run out of fabric, but they didn't consider it necessary to report the delay.
They finally sent me my gift with payment upon receipt. Okay, this issue seems to have been resolved.
I get the kit and realize that he just has a tiny belt. I try it on, but he has a 9 cm difference in girth.
By the standards, I sent 61-64, the finished product arrived 50-55. I reported this to the store, but instead of solving the situation, they started writing to me that the belt was exactly my size and they checked it before shipping, as if I was crazy, even though I was sitting and holding a 55 cm belt in my hands)) which doesn't go anywhere, as the store says, and doesn't mess with me.
The set was far from cheap, it was very sad that my man spent money on such a gift.
Service and customer orientation are 0, if you want to spoil a holiday for a loved one, please contact us here, they can do it much better than sewing linen. The 43,000 set, among other things, turned out to have crooked stitching. 🥹
