If there used to be delicious and good sushi, now it's a nightmare. A thin layer of fish, which also has a "smell".... The so-called burnt sushi is also disgusting, covered with a thin layer of ash (apparently overexposed). In sushi, instead of avocado, the skins are trimmed. Thanks for ruining the evening.....

Yesterday, 02/25/20022, we ordered sushi from them for the first time.
Before that, we ordered Sushi chefs for two years.
Well, what can I say, the rolls in Krabs are really bigger in size, but they taste absolutely no better.
The mango is not hard to crack, the rice is a little dry.
Only the avocado rolls (green in the photo) had a bright taste. The rest are all for the same taste.
Perhaps there is no desire to order more.

I must say right away that the review is more about the company's service than about sushi. When sushi was ordered for the second time, one set was brought with a "drunk" avocado. We decided to contact EuginCrabs and let them know. At first, they explained to us on the phone for a long time that we just confused the ripe and spoiled avocado. But in the end they promised to contact the chef and call back. They didn't call back. After 2 hours, the husband himself called again - it turned out that the chef said that everything was OK with him. I.e., there were no apologies, embarrassment, desire to sort out the situation at least for appearances - there was nothing like that. It's our own fault that we didn't like the avocado in sushi. I took a photo (attach it) and continue to insist that the avocado was spoiled - the taste was rotten, I ate a ripe avocado and I can tell the difference. In general, I will not order any more, because the principle of ‘the customer is always right’ is not something that has not been heard, but even banal politeness has not been shown.

When calling the administrator, they tried to resolve the issue. Another courier brought it, he was called from home. Everything was sooooo cold. The srus is stratified. And the portions are reduced!
