Vacation in September, 10 days, $ 150 per day, superior room
1) it's not 5* at all, maximum 3
2) the same breakfasts and meager, the eternal struggle in search of cutlery and places
3) it was very dirty, sunflower husks, feathers, crumbs appeared on the floor all the time
4) there is little light, a whole quest will be painted in the evening
5) bathroom... see in the photo, black (!!!!!) mould
6) cleaning forgot something all the time - water, coffee, towels
7) the staff is not friendly, does not try to help, they checked in at night, the exchanger did not work either at the airport or at the hotel, they did not accept dollars, and there was nowhere to take lari, they had to make a transfer to a card and pay for it, so they would spend the night in the lobby
8) there is no mini bar
9) lock all valuable things in a safe!! Cases of theft straight from the room
I strongly do not recommend it, there is a hilton, a Sheraton in Batumi and a Marriott will be completed soon, avoid this place

To say that we are horrified is to say nothing from this hotel. Let's start with the fact that we arrived for 10 days, not even the garbage was removed for a single day, not to mention sweeping or changing bed linen or towels, for 3 - only 2 sets of towels, and we were lucky, apparently). There is little light, the switch from the lamp is wrapped with tape - and turns on after a time. Toilet paper, apparently, is not provided at all, the windows are dirty, 1 fork, 1 spoon, 2 knives and 1 plate are made of dishes, given that the room has a kitchen, it is better not to touch the doors in the closet, you can not open at all. But they manage to enter the room and steal the money)! If money is stolen, I advise you to call the police immediately so that the cameras are not cleaned up, the hotel apparently does not worry about its reputation at all. Far from the center . The buffet is monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from, There are few fruits, no watermelons, no melons. About rotovirus: we transferred it in the first few days, and nothing from the proposed Swedish was found to be sparing for the stomach. Among the advantages: spacious room, washing machine and kitchen , kettle. The dirt in the room and self-cleaning, gritting their teeth, were endured, but stealing from the room, despite the cameras on the floor, is already too much.

Cleaning is quite rare, it often has to be knocked out by the reception, one of the 3 shifts speaks Russian at the reception...problems are not solved for half a day.. the breakfasts are very average, you will not stay hungry, but the choice is very meager. On weekends, the hotel is packed, you can wait for the elevator for 20 minutes

We lived in Euphoria for a month. By the standards of Batumi in particular and Georgia in general, this is a GREAT hotel)) well, probably because it is Turkish, so the service and quality of construction are at a normal level.
however, the maids had to be cleaned and changed the bed simply by force, well, they also faced Russophobia from them, there were extremely unceremonious requests-what did we do? And extremely negative reviews about Russia... Although we did not start talking about politics, the maid herself started it))))
The buffet was morning and evening, quite a Turkish buffet. The pool is small and clean. The gym is also normal. In general, the hotel is large, beautiful, and the reception area is beautifully decorated.
It is convenient that the hotel is connected to the metro city shopping center, you can go to the shopping center without going outside.

I was there a few years ago and this year. Degradation in everything, in service, in maintenance, in nutrition. The staff needs training in working with clients, sometimes just a boorish attitude. For the first time I saw a hotel, and even 5 stars, where the maids do not know how to say hello. There are a lot of comments, I concluded for myself that I would not return to this hotel.

Great sea view, large rooms and the advantages end there. The hotel is old, everything is broken, half-dead, a lot of different rabble, ranging from gypsies to various interesting people. Breakfasts are weak, you need to come to the spa with your own towels and attention: with a hat!) it's like going to the Olympic pool). There is a coach in the pool who teaches children not from the hotel and of course you will not be able to swim or sit quietly. There is a parking lot and it is closed, but one day I went out, and a small gypsy was almost sitting on my hood, the guards did not tell them anything and I had to figure it out myself. In general, I will not come here anymore. Oh, well, one of the advantages is still downstairs near the casino, a good restaurant)

Very loud bass music plays all day from the rooftop pool bar, and you can hear it from the rooms with the windows closed. According to the Decree of the Government of Georgia No. 398 dated August 15, 2017, daytime noise from bars\cafes\pools near residential buildings and hotels should not exceed 50-60 db. The staff of the institution ignores the remarks.

I stayed for 10 days and all I wanted was to leave as soon as possible, a large room, a good bed, but 2 times the lights were turned off and asked to pay for electricity, I spent 35 GEL, the shower / toilet /washbasin flowed and the whole floor was in water constantly, there were no dishes, as well as forks /spoons and so on, the room is dark

Breakfasts are a waste of money, yesterday's salads, 3 types of buns, cakes 20 minutes before the end of breakfast THERE is NO.
