I'm disappointed... Around November, my printer broke down. Paper jam, or ran to the middle of the sheet and got stuck.. I went to this service center. It was repaired quickly, I didn't pay much, I happily pick up the printer and rush home. Connected and..... On the 7th leaf.. The printer is stuck again... Well, then.. I'm for him and back... I was accepted for diagnosis.. I waited a week.. They called to pick me up.. result.. no malfunctions were detected. The drivers have been updated... They said that everything was fine.. Well, something about that.. That the printer is already 5 years old.. He's done a good job already.It's been 2 months... The printer is printing... Sometimes the sheets get stuck anyway, but I try not to strain him too much, I type with a break for rest.. And carefully remove the jammed paper... BUT TODAY I DISCOVERED THAT AFTER THIS REPAIR, MY SCANNER STOPPED WORKING!!! I rarely used it, about 2-3 times a year....BUT IT WORKED.. and now he writes that the scanner has not been detected!! IT DOESN'T WORK. I don't know..The staff is polite.. There are no complaints about this.. “well yeah.. The printer is not new.. Maybe his deadline is up.. But the fact that the scanner does not work after repair.. It spoils the impression very much... As they say.. We treat one and ring the other...
