Sometimes very friendly and helpful girls work. They will tell you a lot and help you choose medicines. And sometimes you come in - it's just terrible. No help in choosing, no clear and intelligible answers, no polite communication. Given (and already repeated) the situation arose on 1.11 at about 16:15-16:20.
