I signed up for a tire service in advance. When I signed up, I asked for the cost of tire repair, and they told me the price range "from and to" depending on the number of balancing weights. I arrived on time. There were a lot of cars, but I stopped right away. It took about an hour to replace the 4 wheels. Plus, the removed tires were also washed. It was possible to wait in the office space, for this there are chairs and a coffee machine. Since it was warm, I waited outside. Everything was done without any problems. The final price was at the lower end of the announced range, which made me very happy. There is also seasonal tire storage, which is basically an affordable service and very convenient if there is nowhere to store them. However, I did not use this service, and I cannot say anything about its quality.
I've had punctures taped twice before. The problematic scythe is removed and put back in place. They were glued with high quality, there were no problems with the wheels after gluing. After sealing and installing the tire on the disc, the wheels were re-balanced.
As a result: good tire service, excellent service, the guys are sincere and adequate. I recommend

I arrived here, immediately put it on the stand, and it immediately showed that the wheels were turned to the right
Everything was corrected and as a nice extra, just in case, the body position sensor was cleaned and lubricated (I have a Citroen C5, it's very unpleasant when it turns sour)

It's not the first time I've heard that they can mess with the queue here. Here, too, a queue was appointed for a car that simply does not exist in the parking lot. When I REPEATEDLY asked where the car I was booked for was told not to worry, it would arrive soon. As a result, I spent 2 hours in line for a non-existing car, I missed the whole queue, my hands never reached me. He got angry and left. I'll never come back. The manager does not rigidly refine, just sits around and does not regulate the process. To my question to the manager, how is that? There is silence in response. Not even an apology.

Excellent service! I turned to this tire service to adjust the suspension of the car, and was pleasantly surprised by everything - from the quality of work to the organization of the process. I signed up online in advance, everything went as planned. The staff is professional, everything is done on very modern equipment. I was especially surprised by the cleanliness and order around (both in the work area and in the customer waiting area), you don't often see this. A great waiting area with coffee, where you can relax during the service. After completing the work, they were given a diagnostic card with a conclusion, which is very convenient and clear!
In general, I was very satisfied with everything and I will definitely come back again, also for tire service. If you need a reliable tire service with excellent results, I definitely RECOMMEND it!

The service is on the level, there is both a recording and a live queue. The equipment is new... The price issue. In the spring, I did it at the official dealer by appointment, it cost 76 rubles, then I decided to stop by them (closer and thought it would be cheaper), initially I asked the manager how much it would cost, they announced the same 76 rubles (+ weights), as a result, the final cost at the checkout was 92.80 (by some miracle it turned out to be 240g of movers for 16 rubles. You'd think they were made of gold). It's kind of expensive. Plus, the dealer has tea and coffee for free. Everything is clear, free pricing, I don't like going to another place expensive, but so that the dealer's office is cheaper than a tire fitting, somehow
it doesn't fit in my head, usually the opposite...

I was passing through, stuck in a tire, there was no new one in Vitebsk:(They sent it to this euroshinservice and said that they would fix the tire there! First, they charged 90p for repairs, then it turned out that the disk was allegedly repaired and badly done, well, it went;) In general, a locksmith. Alexander crashed for 3.5 hours with this disc and tire! He said everything clearly, well, he also came out with more than 200 rubles of repair, he asked to sprinkle on the rim on the assembled wheel, of course there were bubbles in places:(once again, he assembled the wheel and said that it was normal!!! On the morning of the weekend, I stopped by to "change my shoes" and deposit my winter tires. The receptionist made everything clear, the masters did everything quickly. They even kicked the car out of the box, because it would be difficult for me to get behind the wheel in boxing (for health reasons).
It took less than an hour. In the office itself, you can sit on the couch, watch TV, there is a coffee machine, and rice bowls for children.
The MNC liked it.

Someone said that this is now the best tire service in Vitebsk. I decided to try it. I was surprised only by the price - they charged 150 rubles for replacing tires from summer to winter. Before that, I did it twice as cheap. The equipment is Chinese like everyone else's. But I saw that they were gluing lead weights on black discs for me. He asked why they weren't black. In response, I heard, "well, you didn't ask for it." They refused to redo it. I came here for the first and last time. Then back to the old proven tire service, where people do not need to explain that black should be glued to black. In short, the price and service are like everyone else's, if not worse.

Six months ago, I applied to patch the tire, everything was done, after a while I noticed the downed edge of the disc, suspicions fell on the tire repair specialists, but okay, I think, as they say, I'm not a thief, maybe I messed up myself. Today I am making the same request again, having previously taken a photo of the disc. I'm thrilled. Over 35 years of owning a car, I have done a collapse-convergence more than two dozen times in different cities and at different service stations. This is the first time I have encountered such a service. Especially impressed: online registration for services with the ability to independently select the date and time of maintenance, a separate clean box, protection of the steering wheel from contamination during operation, checking and equalizing the pressure in all wheels before starting adjustment, the possibility of personal control of all stages of work, color printout of the results of work in comparison "before" and "after", treatment of adjustment points with protective grease after completion of work. Not wanting to do their job, they rejected an absolutely normal wheel, marked an exorbitant amount for a wheel with similar damage. As a result, a day was spent on buying new rubber. At the end of the whole story, at another tire fitting, when trying to put new tires in place of the damaged one, they said that they would completely fix what was worth it. The result is a day spent on driving, new tires were bought, the old wheel was repaired for 20p. . There are no symptoms that your masters have voiced. Everything starts with cadres, and if people don't want to do their job, then maybe you shouldn't strain them and keep them on such a famous tire repair.
