Start by fixing the connection (in every sense) and not being rude to people, otherwise you got yourself in the wrong place, and I'm also to blame, as if you were pulling out an apology with pliers. If you don't like sitting there on the phone, quit, I have nothing to do with it.

When you ask for help and a specialist has to help you or at least advise you on how to get out of a given situation, and he just runs over you and is rude - sorry, to drive such specialists with a stick.
When it comes time for the annual maintenance of the boiler, and this is the company's money, the tone is completely different.
There was no desire to deal with this company.
