Then I came for a consultation - the doctor did it very well, they explained and showed everything. Urgent canal treatment was required on one tooth, and a piece of filling was placed on the second for aesthetic appearance. They seemed to have agreed on everything, they said they would leave a request for canal treatment and a piece of filling. There was no immediate appointment for canal treatment, so they would have been added to the waiting list, and the seal could have been placed in the near future. No one contacted me for a week, he called himself and found out that there were no applications for me. They said they would call the doctor and call him back today. Again, they called back only the next day, the closest date in June, and offered a waiting list. In general, the impression is spoiled, of course, for this I took off only one star, because dentistry itself is good, but it's just not for me anymore :)

I recently attended a preventive dental cleaning procedure, it was done in 15 minutes, a maximum of 20, which I was surprised at. Maintenance, modern equipment, everything is fine, but when I came home and examined the result, I was upset, because the plaque was not completely cleaned off on the front teeth at the bottom, and on several others located deeper, these are only those that I could consider, the procedure was completed by 70 percent. This is not the first time I have done prevention, so I know how a good result should look, 150 rubles in 15-20 minutes is not a small amount, I ask the management to review the time of this procedure and take at least 30-35 minutes for it, so that the doctor has time to carry out the procedure more carefully, and not in a hurry.

The biggest question is why doctors don't know how to voice the price when they see the amount of work, and instead of "well, the price will be a little different," just let the person know how much they will need to pay.
At the consultation, I was told that there would be a cost of 1,350 rubles for the treatment of all channels, for a seal, medicine, and in general, the price for everything.
At the reception, they gave me a check for 900 rubles, and on the next visit they said that installing a crown would cost another 900, so how did you initially consider 1350?)
As it turned out, it would be possible to do without a crown and leave a tooth. But alas, I fell into the wrong hands, at the wrong time, and they also took twice as much.
I called on the phone again to find out why such a price came out, and why I would have to pay another 900 for a crown if the canal treatment itself went to 900, to which they replied, "girl, our doctors don't put a crown on," so what did they sign me up for?)
The receipt was provided without a list of the specified services and the cost of them, just the amount of payment.
Honestly, this is utter nonsense. As much as I hear from my friends, well, no one has ever heard of such prices, to pay 900 rubles for dental treatment.

Such inattention by a doctor is simply unacceptable.
In general, it is unclear why there are such good reviews about the clinic, perhaps I just had bad luck with the doctors. But two incompetent doctors are too much for the clinic. I do not recommend these doctors specifically.

The replacement was in pieces, not in its entirety. 9 months have passed since the first replacement and the filling began to move away from the tooth, crumble and remained rough, although they said it would become smooth over time. The price in general was about 400 rubles. The quality was very disappointing. It still hurts when cleaning, eating and food clings to the rough edge.
