After 3 years! a week later, I received a refusal due to the fact that I did not provide a 2-personal income tax certificate to verify my financial viability. I asked to explain the meaning of this document to the sole proprietor, but alas.

We rented accommodation in the summer on Varshavyana, a street where there are very few shops, there are basically no cafes, it is problematic to have a snack somewhere, there is nowhere to sit in the evening, you can get to the center through the cascade, back only by taxi, since it is very far and not convenient to go from the center!
