I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the staff....2 are smoking in the courtyard..someone is hanging labels around the hall...there are only 2 ticket offices with 10 people in line...I stood for 12 minutes...When asked to open 1 more cash register, one of the employees shoved the labels into my hands....The administrator came..I opened another cash register...They did not respond to the request to close the complaint book...I waited another 5 minutes.
