Unskilled staff. A young man working at the checkout (unfortunately, I do not have the right to write a name) quickly responded to my request to check whether my certificates of this store are valid. When checking, he named their amount, and when asked how long they were valid, he replied that the validity period of the store's certificates was very long, several YEARS! Euroopt is not on my way, I do not know the rules of the store, they gave me certificates. A week later, I came to shop - the certificates are expired.
There are no deadlines on the certificates themselves!! It is not specified even valid, for example, for 3 months. In general, the store specifically has everyone. Employees are recruited for show, who have zero knowledge about their direct work.
