I recently visited the store and, unfortunately, was very disappointed with the service. The cashier who served me spent all her time at the workplace, communicating on her personal phone in a messenger. This created an extremely unpleasant impression, because I expected at least minimal attention from the employee. The cashier did not offer me a package to buy, although she should have asked if I needed it. As a result, I had to make this request on my own, and it was quite inconvenient.
I hope that the store management will pay attention to such moments, as the quality of service is of great importance to customers.

A young blonde cashier talks on the phone about personal topics during customer service, writes to each other, thereby creating queues, does not offer packages, if you ask for a package they do not hear, they only react the second time!!! Does not give checks !
