I will say from personal experience: the store not only has a very poor assortment (primarily milk and bread), but also slow and incompetent employees who work reluctantly, always with an angry and tired expression on their faces and have no responsible attitude towards customers. Plus, there is often only one cash register!! And this is despite the fact that the store's attendance and workload are high.

There are almost always queues. There is only one cash register near which it is convenient to pay and collect the package. In the meat department, you always have to wait for the seller. Some products are very difficult to find or get from a high shelf. There is almost no fresh bread. I come in on rare occasions, it would be more convenient to come in more often.
