The senior cashier, as I understood it, answered the question why the restroom was not working, but what should I do, there was no badge on it, this is also a remark from me. One big store for the whole Yelsky district and such an attitude towards customers. I hope a check from Minsk will come here to teach people how to properly serve and work with customers

I would like pizza preparation to be before 20:00, and not before 17:30, as it is today on 01/19/24. And especially on Fridays and weekends. No one in the city cooks it anyway. You go to Euroopt from work, and everything is already there... And of course, the staff who prepares pizzas would also like to treat cooking as it should be. Otherwise, one shift cooks delicious, and the second one cooks terrible, always burnt pizzas. Such a store, but turns into an ordinary village. And I would also like to be able to order pizza by phone for a certain time.

Previously, everyone was wearing a uniform, everyone was friendly, well-groomed.The further you go, the sadder it gets.The staff is changing.The other day I watched the painting while standing in line.The cashier at the self-service checkout was sitting in the clouds and gnawing!!! nails.I was shocked.I would really like to come to the store and see neat workers, and not with a dirty head and bitten nails.
