Respect for the customer 0 Every time I don't arrive, there are always some problems, then one cash register is working, then the restroom is closed for 2-4 hours, they raise their voice to the buyer. The senior cashier, as I understood it, answered the question why the restroom was not working, but what should I do, there was no badge on it, this is also a remark from me. One big store for the whole Yelsky district and such an attitude towards customers. I hope a check from Minsk will come here to teach people how to properly serve and work with customers

I would like pizza preparation to be before 20:00, and not before 17:30, as it is today on 01/19/24. And especially on Fridays and weekends. No one in the city cooks it anyway. You go to Euroopt from work, and everything is already there... And of course, the staff who prepares pizzas would also like to treat cooking as it should be. Otherwise, one shift cooks delicious, and the second one cooks terrible, always burnt pizzas. Such a store, but turns into an ordinary village. And I would also like to be able to order pizza by phone for a certain time.

Today I went to Euroopt in a great mood. I was very hungry. The only thing I was thinking about was plums. Delicious, juicy, and most importantly sour. Walking through the terrible, dirty, gray streets, the only thing that comforted me was the thought that I would taste juicy plums with sourness. But what do you think? When I went to Euroopt and bought these plums, I was over the moon with happiness, my face was glowing with joy, and the rain stopped pouring. Everything seemed to come to life and I ran home joyfully. As soon as I got home, I immediately ran to the bathroom to wash the plums. When I washed them, I took one and found THAT IT was DRY. I thought it wasn't that bad and tried it. WHAT WAS MY HORROR. When the plum was tasteless and DRY, but the worst thing was that it was WITHOUT SOURNESS. It's terrible, the world has rotted away. I bet -10/10

A big plus is that self-service cash desks have been made, you don't have to stand in line when there are a lot of people, but one cash register is working. A big disadvantage is when you want to buy salted fish, you have to run around the whole store in search of a seller and you don't always manage to find it in the end you leave without buying.
