I went to the Euroopt, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Central institution, in order to buy some water and, to put it mildly, "got drunk" ...
I see the cashier standing with the mask lowered "under her nose" punching a person with the same situation and as a result the girl takes off the mask and continues to pay (which is clearly visible in the photo).
Because I forgot my mask in the car, I naively decided that a person would not spoil the evening and would help solve my problem without a scandal...
It was not there with a menacing barking "Put on a mask" she stared at me and not what arguments did not work ...
I showed her a photo to which she said that I was lying all slander and in general she It won't break through anything.
I asked to call the administrator, to which I heard "You need to call me.".. #Euroopt are you crazy?.
I went to look for the administrator himself, who can only express gratitude for trying to solve the problem and apologized 1000 times for the employee by calling her and hinting that this is not the way to communicate with people.
And it's not at all about the mask or the lack of it...
The fact is that if your employees are unable to solve conflict situations, then maybe you should think about sending them to courses? M Euroopt?.

I bought caesar by weight - I got some small cartilages, I bought squid by weight - I threw it away right away, they smell like some kind of swamp, the consistency is strange and salt crunches on my teeth. Ie. to understand the situation: I went to the store, bought something there and ended up hungry, because It is impossible to eat. In general, as in any euroopt: you should not take everything by weight. no one cares about the quality of products, as if the suppliers are sitting tight on kickbacks. but there are no alternatives nearby :-/

I bought stewed potatoes with meat at the cookery. Not a single piece of meat can be eaten. Either bone, or fat, or it is impossible to chew stupidly (this is literally, only diamonds are tougher). I regard this as bullying.
