I haven't seen such boorish service for a long time. The first time I ordered through Euromail and the service here discouraged all desire to order again. There are no queues, there are no people, I think you can be more polite

Eternal fumes. The dog food was taken away for 4 days. Either the driver took it back by mistake, or it was closed a day later, with no one to work.
