No notification, no warning, nothing. She just confronts the fact and does it as if I owe her. It's me who has to run after my parcel for which I pay money. Disgusting attitude and spoiled mood. This is the last time I use their services, there have been minor problems before, but at least they warned that the point does not work on this or another day at such and such a time.
