Unfortunately, the service at the post office left an unpleasant impression. The girl showed a disrespectful attitude: she spoke coldly, did not try to help me figure out the issue, and created the feeling that my request irritated her. I would like the staff to show more courtesy and professionalism, because the post office is the place where we turn for help and services. I hope that the quality of service will improve in the future.
