Delivery service, to say bad means to say nothing.this is just a mockery of customers.I drove from Almaty to Pavlodar for 20 days.1000 km.it would be faster on horseback.the package has arrived, no one notifies.you have to find out for yourself.I found out what time the office works, arrived, searched for an hour for a parcel to the client.I didn't wait because there are 12 people in front of me.you won't be able to get it until the end of the working day.I think that we need to close this service.the post office is doing better.

I strongly advise against this courier service. Absolutely no customer orientation. We made an urgent shipment to Kazakhstan, at my expense. Sending came but no one deigned to contact, hot data was all. They just sit and wait for payment and then deliver it the next day. Really, upon receipt, it is impossible to notify the recipient about the arrival of the cargo and the expectation of payment. Horror...

It's a disgusting job. The parcel from China to Kostanay arrived in 20 days, and it lay in the office in Kostanay for 11 days before being handed over to the courier for delivery. At the same time, two days earlier I wanted to pick it up myself, to which they replied that they had delivery to the address.... And you can't pick it up yourself.

At work, they seem to have straightened out. We stopped constantly raising the price for delivery. I work with them because a standard package of up to 5 kg in Kazakhstan, regardless of weight, costs the same. In other companies, you don't know how much they will charge for a parcel until they weigh and measure it in all parameters.

Disgusting service! They dropped the letter at the nearest Kazpost, and did not deliver it to the destination. I could have sent it by Kazpost for 2000 tenge instead of 8000 tenge. And they didn't even report it. The express letter was delivered for 5 days, instead of the promised 2. The worst courier company. We have worked with them for more than 3 years, at least some respect for regular customers. They've gone bad.

The disgusting job of the mail delivery company. I can't understand how, with Express delivery, it was possible to deliver a package from Almaty to Baikonur for exactly 7 days???
