I am not your client, but I remember 2 meetings on the road with your drivers. The 1st one was just cut off at the intersection during the rebuilding (rebuilding at the intersection is generally prohibited), but the second one made you wonder who works at the wheel. Yesterday, on 10/15/2024, at about 12.20-12.30, a conflict occurred on Belomorskaya Street. I was driving on a ONE-way road (in the right direction), and your car (Lada Largus) was coming to meet me. The driver did not give me the opportunity to pass and began to assert that the sign - the end of the one-way road - is a sign that traffic is directly prohibited and I had to give way to him. Please!!! Give him the book "Rules of the Road" and let him remember the signs and the rules themselves. I think that you can easily find and calculate this unfortunate driver. Thank you.

But this year everything has become very bad, Applications are not taken away, they are not warned that they are delayed, they bring delivery on time, In general it is bad!
