Customer focus is zero. He does whatever his mind wants him to do. He accepts the client whenever he wants, ignores the appointment whenever he wants and does not accept. He keeps customers waiting for half an hour in front of the closed door of his salon and does not answer phones. He acts very arrogant and disrespectful towards customers. It's a terrible service, if you don't want to stay on the street during the appointment time and your appointment won't be accepted without any explanation, don't even get in touch. I definitely do not recommend
