The place is very pleasant, a picturesque beach on the shore of the lake, beautiful houses. The only drawback, for me it was not very unpleasant, but still.... these are insects (spiders, moths and mosquitoes) They make their way here after airing and when you just open the doors. This is the specificity of the forest, but also the defect of the owners, I would recommend abundantly poisoning all dichlofos and renting the room without neighbors)))
Also, the walls are light, all in the prints of dead insects, you can change the color of the walls to dark tones.
Otherwise, for the money, it's a great place. Great respect for the owners. The food is just super, very tasty and made with a soul. Also, I would add shampoo and shower gel, as in all hotels. But even with all the flaws, I want to give a 5-star rating. I wish this place prosperity and good customers)))

We rented a second house with a large company: there was no WiFi, I would like to have a TV in the dining room - to connect karaoke or music. The kitchen table was unsteady, and the tablecloths were not fresh.
I liked the location in the forest and the proximity of the lake - a good option for summer holidays.

We had a suite that cost 400 rubles per day.The manager was only seen at the time of payment (as soon as they arrived). The house has not been cleaned for a very long time, it is unrealistic to walk barefoot, everything is clogged, staggering. The sofa is terribly dirty, the table is also stained in places, there are 6 chairs for 8 people.There is a TV, but it does not work, you need to connect to your Internet, which does not really pull in the forest.There is no hot water in the kitchen, the dishes are all terrible, there were several dirty rags lying around.Although we were told that there is everything you need.There were 2 mugs and 3 glasses for eight people .The gazebo is dirty, the beach is dirty, everything is covered in rotten boards. There is not even a broom in the room to clean yourself.There are no garbage bags either, there is no dishwashing detergent either, just a small trash can.So if you want to relax, take everything with you, starting from garbage bags, sponges for washing dishes, ending with a mop..I don't recommend it.There is no one to complain to, there is no one from the administrators on the territory, they asked for the manager's number, but they did not give it to us.He took the money right away, even before we entered the house, and he immediately left.
