I really love karting, so I regularly visited this site
Obvious disadvantages:
- Regularly faulty machines. I've come across it twice myself right during the check-in
- The presence of boorish instructors (they did not have badges, so it is not possible to specify specific names)
- A strange approach to regular customers. For example, we regularly came in a company and took three or four arrivals. Of course, you need to rest after arrival, but then you would like to drive the rest in a row, because time is still expensive. But, without asking our wishes, we were rearranged several times in a row to let others who paid for the service after us, which left an unpleasant aftertaste. Still, not quite a penny was paid, we paid much more than others who came, but as a result we lost an hour of time in total
- A subjective moment. The track is poorly lit, which creates some discomfort

I am very happy with karting, discounts on my birthday, transport is inspected after each rental. A track with a large number of turns, if you were looking for a straight track, then not here!The guys in the company react quickly to problems that happen along the route.

The only thing I didn't like: the children's races are held together with adults. Their cars are not so powerful, they often had to slow down and go around. In my opinion, it would be safer to separate the races of different age categories

We rode in a multi-level company, and it was interesting to everyone, there is enough space for overtaking, the track is diverse, there are light sections, there are more difficult ones.
Yes, the condition of the cards is not perfect, but this is absolutely normal for rolling equipment)
I was pleased that the helmet lining is treated with antiseptic.
And a very friendly instructor.
And the first rolling circle is not included in the total check-in time - a nice bonus)

We were on a children's birthday, after reading the information about the height needed (130), I measured the child (134!) and boldly went. And most importantly, we have been riding for two years, but each karting has its own rules, so I made sure beforehand that we were suitable. BUT they refused us!! They said they let you in at your discretion. So, keep this point in mind. The mood is ruined)

The cards seem to be good, but immediately after the start, a tire burst on the move. The time until the cards were replaced was not compensated in any way.
I asked for a napkin to wipe the visor of the helmet, the answer is - and so it will go.
There are cards without seat belts, but at least they were transferred to cards with belts on request. Why aren't they on some maps? The answer is "not needed." Why some are needed and others are not, I do not know.
The track is interesting. It's cool that the lap time is fixed and you can find out the results.

The administrator is completely non-customer-oriented.The only option offered is to come after three and if they don't take it.
They didn't give you 30 minutes to book on the same day - these are the rules!!!!Dear management, teach your admins proper communication and sales.You're losing customers.

The route is interesting, the instruction is without question, but there are nuances on the maps:
1. My kart (n13) was almost not driving, there was something with the engine, it was already choking, it was not impossible to compete with other participants in the race
2. There was no seat belt on the same card
3. 30 rubles for 10 minutes is somehow too much

We came with a girl and younger brothers. I liked it, the staff are simple guys who generally know their business, in my opinion it was possible to be a little more polite, but everything is definitely positive. The maps themselves are in good enough condition, the track is interesting, fresh and does not stink of exhaust, due to the ventilation of the parking lot. Today my classmates and I decided to try this place! To put it mildly, the staff is very unprofessional. As the daughter of an ambassador, I have never had such an experience in the dozens of countries I have visited. The male staff I work with had a tail, and it was very disrespectful! he assumed that we foreigners did not speak Russian, but this was not the case. At first there was a rule against dresses, and I understood that. I offered to take off my dress and put on their outfit, which was obviously too big for me. however, he mentioned my size, saying that I was "big" and that he just didn't want to serve me. However, I will not let his behavior dictate how other people in this country behave, I will make sure that no one comes to this place. The track is not bad, interesting, positive staff and that's all the advantages. Some cars are driving, the second ones are tripping and generally do not accelerate. Who will be lucky. But the most interesting thing IS THAT INSTEAD OF THE STATED 10 MINUTES, ONLY 6 ARE ALLOWED TO RIDE! I added a photo of the printout of the circles for your official RESPONSE! Can you count? Calculate how long the lap race lasted. If the riding time starts with a briefing, then explain it. And that's not all! According to the instructor's concept, you can only watch go-karts! You can not brake sharply if it skids, beeps or something else - disqualification. But how can you? I was not kicked out, but I was given a warning for going beautifully into turns, not a single strong skid or touching the fence.In general, it is very so-so.

Cars are trash (they look nothing from afar, but the technical component leaves much to be desired), both children's and adults. The track is very weak in terms of an interesting ride. A 9-year-old child almost fell asleep out of boredom - the cards were driving so slowly (the child's driving experience is 5 years old, although he asked to give the car faster). Suitable only for beginners and people who have decided to get acquainted with karting for the first time. The price is unreasonably high (cost -quality).

Strassa is not very like the equipment, compared to the rest of the karts, there is only a helmet for 25 rubles, although in the same skykart, for example, you will get not only a helmet but also sneakers with a racing suit and all this for 20 rubles.Draw your own conclusions.If all the other card clubs are booked and there is nowhere else to go, then already in this case I will go here and that is debatable😣

The service is disgusting. You can only book from a company of 6 people (there were 4 of us). We came to ride on a first-come, first-served basis. They said that the wait was 40 minutes, left the prepayment and went for a walk. We returned after 40 minutes and were told that we had to wait at least another 30 minutes. They took the money and left. Sorry for the time spent. I do not recommend it!

I went in the middle of January, so the track was a little dirty, which is why it was constantly skidding around corners. But it didn't really affect my assessment. 3 stars for another reason: my card stalled 5 times during check-in (I did not receive any compensation). I don't know about the rest of the year, but in winter I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Not bad. But I expected more powerful maps. It turned out that the higher power indicator was equalized by the increased weight of the card. But the cards are comfortable in the seat.
However, they still drove the company well. The prices are not the cheapest. the rules are stricter in terms of safety (I'm talking about the ban on drifting), but they didn't seem to cling.
They did not give a uniform, only a helmet with a lining, gloves and a suit were expected. But in general, it was not necessary.
The track is not bad, washed, but there is not enough lighting power, even during the day it is dark in places.
But in general, I liked it, I recommend trying it.

We called beforehand and found out about the places and prices for Timiryazev .They already said on the spot that only 4 go-karts are working, the rest are broken.
They warn you in advance that the car may break down during check-in, and in this case the money will be refunded only with a certificate. (According to the administrator, this is not uncommon)I do not recommend this go-kart. Wasted time and spoiled mood.

They say at the reception that you will be splashed with water there, do not drive today (although we walked and found no water there), the instructor says if you exceed the speed limit, or you will drift, or crash into an opponent, then you will be disqualified and you will be suspended from the race. Excuse me, what am I paying such money for? And you still dare to call yourself a go-kart club? Do you even know what karting is and why you invented it? Don't go there anymore. There is a great go-karting in Minsk, which everyone knows, and it's cheaper, and ride as you want, and not being afraid that you will be removed because of the slightest something that the instructor will not like!

If you want to spoil your shoes and mood, then you are here) Objectively, karting is of the lowest class, the track is in the parking lot and the sun is constantly blinding you. The maps are relatively powerful, there are no seat belts, the road itself is simply destroyed.
My main complaint is, why is there a layer of fuel oil in the place under the pedals? After arrival, the back of the shoes turned black and I had to spend an hour to wipe it off. I used alcohol, gasoline and all possible remedies that were at home, but still there were black spots that could not be removed in any way. Why don't you warn me that you can ruin shoes? Offer special shoe covers or replacement shoes.
Bottom line - even 1 star is a lot for this place
